We looked closely at the photo sign market, and were puzzled why so many sign suppliers were charging so much when we knew signs were getting cheaper to print all the time. After taking a close look at other's systems we worked out that the price of these signs were inflated because no-one in the market had been competitive enough to force any significant price drop.
We talked to many real estate agents, and found out what they wanted, not what we or other suppliers thought. We determined that the major complaint was that signs were taking too long to get up on properties because artwork and changes were getting emailed back and forth and because of the busy "out of office" nature of most agents, large amounts of time passed between when a proof was sent, and when the agent has sufficient time to view and determine any changes. It is at this point, we set out to eliminate this entire phase of the process, which consequently has allowed us to bring very competitive price structures to the market, and put more creativity and flexibility back into the agents’ hands.
We believe that photo signs should not just be used on high profile, but should be used on every single listing to not maximise leads but simultaneously providing strong corporate presence. We believe the pricing of our signs makes this possible, and many agents obviously agree with us and have started using our signs on all properties.
